first post!

well, hello everyone! welcome to our brand new blog site, dedicated to comic art by chibar and myself. our goal is to have new content by every monday morning. inspired by our good friend wheezy, who has his own blogspot with new content every monday as well. so, please, bookmark the page and feel free to spread the link to your friends!

i've started work on my second comic book (targeted to be 8 pages), and you can see my initial sketch (done via the computer) and the final inked product (done by hand and scanned). it's the first page in the comic and i'm using live models to get down the pose and finer details. i find by using live models, it really helps my drawing have a much more lifelike pose. so, big thanks to neali and oscar.
